Our beautifully situated apartment house in Kaprun has six different apartments to offer. Here, you have the advantage of planning each your days according to your very own needs. Cosy and comfortably equipped, you will experience an unforgettable holiday. 

Families in particular, love the independence that a holiday home has to offer. However, sportsmen and active holidaymakers can also be seen out and about in the local mountain world without any time constraints. 

A special service of a coin-operated washing machine and dryer is available to our guests. Furthermore, there is also a ski and boots room available. Bed linen and towels are provided. The “Summer Card” Zell am See – Kaprun is also included in the price. 

Pets are welcome! However, we must charge a slightly higher price for the final cleaning. 

If you would like your apartment to be cleaned during your holidays, we would be happy to do this for you for a fee!
